I have a strong background in all areas of management including finance, administration and human resources. My experience in the not for profit sector has included various positions and projects in a number of fields including Independent Living Canada, the National Anti-Poverty Organization, the National Organization of Immigrant and Visible Minority Women, the Canadian Cancer Society and the Chronic Disease Prevention Alliance of Canada.

I have led and facilitated strategic planning processes for many organizations including having the primary responsibility for this function with the Public Service Alliance of Canada. I am a skilled communicator and facilitator and have been a freelance writer for the past 15 years as well as being the manager of a 6 person communications section. I offer services in workplace intervention/conflict resolution, managerial support, strategic planning, training, research and policy development, communications, and human resources.
